Running as Admin but still can't see device in explorer

I have downloaded Horizon, I moved the profile onto my usb, opened horizon as administrator, it didn’t see any devices.
Came here, read a bit more, restarted laptop, re ran horizon, still no deals.
Read a bit more, moved profile back to xbox, formatted usb on my laptop, put the profile back on usb from xbox, horizon still can’t see it…

I’m at a complete and utter loss for what I’m doing wrong… Please help, my son is becoming quite ticked that his techno mom is failing here LOL

Have you tried other USB ports on your laptop? You may also want to uninstall Horizon, and reinstall again after downloading from this link: https://www.horizonmb.com/client/v2/latest.php

Disregard - I figured this problem out, I discovered I was following a video that gave incomplete instructions. Followed video found in another part of this forum, trying to resolve another issue now LOL My son is getting frustrated with me LOL

It half worked. LOL I was able to inject the files onto my usb, however now when the usb is in my xbox, it only shows one of the files of the 5 I injected, and it isn’t actually working… it makes as if to start and then all we’re seeing is the blurry landscape of the opening screen scrolling by, and pushing A or B doesn’t do anything…

is this a question for another part of the forum, or could it be related?

Some of the files may be corrupt then. And are you sure there isn’t something wrong with the flash drive? You should try with another one (if available) and see if the problem persists.

The reason this dosen’t work is that the new 1TB Support update,has the feature that it will remove the Xbox360 folder,and has the new folder “Content”… You might have to turn on you “See hidden files” thing.

Sorry but that video is really bad. 1. you are recording with a camera. 2. Old version of horizon? 3. Thats not how you use horizon, you inject/replace the save file and change the id’s. (if needed) 4. This has nothing to do with this thread and you are just trying to “reach your 100 subs goal” .
