hi guys, when ever i try to install horizon i get runtime error 217 at 772DB2B5. whats up? how can i fix it?

You need to reinstall Horizon

ive never had horizon installed on my computer before, so i dont know how i would reinstall it.

Download it again then and disable any AV you have.
