why is it that the xbox version has better mods than the pc version how is that possible can people update the pc mods to be better or the same as the xbox one

He is trolling. Unless something major has happened in the past 3 months the only mods are games that are on play anywhere and those are only save mods.
Shadow of War is play anywhere. If you use the trainer on the save it will carry over to the Xbox.
Same with for example Cuphead and Halo: Spartan Assult for the Windows Store version.
Achievement and the Save carries over to the Xbox. Thats why i bet some people want more Windows store trainers.
