Skyrim save mod request

Hello can someone please help me with this. In this save the Dampened Spirits quest has glitched and has disappeared. Also I have lost my wife Lydia. So could someone start the quest using console commands and place me at lydia and is she has died(I’m not sure) Just spawn a new one. Thanks!

I managed to respawn lydia but couldnt start/restart the quest.
