It’s fake, the image of the HD/updated CJ is from a PC mod, and someone has fabricated the story. If it was real reliable news sources like IGN would have picked it up. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
That depressing, I really enjoyed San Andreas honestly. I wouldn’t mind seeing a San Andreas 2 in the future instead of GTA: VI, considering that the story was just so incredible for it’s time.
