No, it leverages the games add item dev option. GH has no control over how it works.

I see. I choose things in the drop-down menu, but when clicked, they are not selected. Is there a way to go about it to get it to work?

Letā€™s make sure the option is being used correctly:

  1. Select the item from the drop-down list.
  2. Select the amount to add. Beware some items have limits (ie, quest items, certain equipment).
  3. Press the Apply button.

Also note that some items in the list were removed from the game and are unobtainable by players, however, they still appear in the in-game item list and therefore appear still in the trainer. You can use the gameā€™s Wiki to see if an item was removed from the latest version of the game.

Iā€™d would like to see ā€˜Enemies Ignore Companionsā€™ (and only attack the player).
And a ā€˜Infinite Powerā€™ (where anything that uses batteries (Night Vision Goggles/Chainsaw) will last forever).

unlimited items is not working
unlimited ammo does not work for arrows of any kind (works for stun guns, not sure about other guns yet)
