It worked for me though not perfectly. Follow the instructions for the launcher and launch the game through Wemod. It probably needs an update since some of the cheats are glitchy.

This was working perfectly for me for a couple of days. Now, when I launch the game it gives me the following error through steam…

“FAILURE: An error occurred while updated STAR WARS: Squadrons (missing executable): D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\STAR WARS Squadrons\starwarssquadrons_launcher.exe”

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game in multiple places, downloaded and copied over the downloadable exe over into the game folder and steam rejects it every time. Steam will automatically create a new launcher exe in the folder and launches the game as normal without any cheats being able to be activated. When attempting to direct WeMod to the correct exe, it does nothing. I believe an update was pushed that might have rendered the exe Mr AntiFun distributed no longer working. At least for steam in my case. I enjoy the game but I am not going to buy another copy through origin just to test that avenue out.

Any help getting this working again would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn’t seem to be working on Steam as of the 6th of November 2023. Followed instructions and it just crashes upon launch.

All working, used epic version, with the bypass.

I’m having the same problem. Can’t even get to a splash screen or main menu. Using the new exe, the game just crashes on startup.

WeMod does not condone cheating in multiplayer or co-op game modes. If the mods work in multiplayer it is not intended and we are not responsible for any consequences that may result from using the trainers online.

Yeah, doesn´t work on steam, did the bypass and followed the instructions…is there any chance of getting an update working?

I apply the bypass and when I start squadrons it crashes, doesn´t go into game or anything, just shuts down, any suggestions?

Can confirm its actually NOT working, so whatever you guys are doing on your end, its completely different now to the “bypass” you gave us. I tried booting both exe’s as administrator after rebooting Steam AND my PC and it doesn’t do anything. Opens a command prompt window twice then nothing after.

It just gives me a text file after boot attempts saying:

Your bypass WAS working, that’s true, but its not anymore so

Please update the trainer at least one last time. It hasn’t worked for over a year, and perhaps (judging by the comments) even longer. I understand the game isn’t popular, but still.

Still not working in 2026. Ticket open under ticket ref #62530349. Presents the same issues as others.

Just bought the game and it is not working, Tried reinstall and Wand too. Paying for this. The Robot Report will not work either.
