StarCraft II Cheats and Trainer

Hi @PraetorFerix,

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the information you’ve provided. I have a few follow-up questions regarding the use of this trainer:

  1. Are you aware of any instances where users have been banned for using this tool under my suggested playthrough?
  2. Given that I intend to use it solely for single-player gameplay (which still requires an online connection), what is the likelihood of facing a ban?
  3. My primary goal is to unlock a few remaining achievements. In your experience, does using the trainer for this purpose increase the risk of punitive action from Blizzard?

I understand there are numerous responses to review, and I haven’t had the opportunity to go through all 900+ of them. Any insights you can provide based on user experiences or your knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Shawmeck

@Shawmeck: Unfortunately, the risk is very high, if you are caught. I was temporarily suspended when I was caught, in Single-Player, because of the achievements.

@Shawmeck I used this for years on and off and had no problem. Just make a custom game with AI on any regular map, or stick to campaign and arcade maps. Or just any map that the SC2 editor will not consider balanced/valid for stuff like ranked play, or maps out of rotation. Maybe also avoid that quickplay option that you have at the top, even if it’s against AI, because that one is used to test your legitimate ability.

Ok, this editor certainly needs an update. Instant message that it can’t work with my game version when I click play. It can’t be used to launch the game, nor does it launch when I open the game first; after a while get message saying it has trouble finding or opening the game.

Also about the God mode discussion a while back. There are cheat codes for single player campaign, and the god mode also gives insane damage along with invincibility, just like it did in Warcraft 3. I think it’s something tied deep in the game code and maybe that’s why it can’t be separated. But even though I too would have liked a separation of the two, I don’t think that practically it matters, and there are a lot of uses that I personally found for the instant damage one when playing in a sandbox, so I would very much like for it to be kept. Besides it’s not instant kill, just more like 100 times damage multiplier ;p…Also depending on available abilities and such all the other cheat codes are pretty much infinite health/invulnerability for most practical intents and purposes, such as the instant heal or no cooldown one.

Any tips on how to use in campaign? I just loaded into my HotS campaign, attached WeMod and enabled a feature. Then started a mission. I saved the game. I failed the mission and wanted to load my save.
After that not matter if I tried to Continue the campaign or load my save I always got the message: “the mod data loaded does not match the mod data which was originally used to play this game”.
It only helped to delete the StarCraft 2 folder under C:\Users(user)\Documents. They save campaign progress on server as well, so it restored the working on.

Hey MrAntiFun there is a Arcade that run on SC2 called Merge Force, it was working just fine the cheats allowing to use the cooldown fast and god mode, now they just did an update and it’s now working.

Fast heal dosen’t work or I am missing something (tried zerg and terran medics)

God mod freezes the game if activated during cutscenes

Due to my internet going offline, I restarted the game, only for the game to tell me that I can’t continue my save (or anything in the campaign I did so far) since the mods installed don’t match the mods used in said file save

this is not related to any of the cheat options but a file within the game itself which reads info from your online profile and changes little things within the game and if your forced offline it will be unable to check your profile thus it wont have access to the needed info for it to continue

the message about this needing testing is not needed as the triggers it affects are only single player and that code has not changed all options have worked fine for ages and most likely always will just as long as not trying to use it on multiplayer

needs update

Thank you for the Mod, it currently works perfectly, but when could you integrate an option to increase credits or improvement options for other races?

Can you please add the ability to change movement speed or attack speed?

Alright, can we get a bit of attention please mods…let me try @anirhkitskywalker …I notice that some say its fine and it works and some say it needs an update. I don’t even see it in the queue as for “needing update” which is a problem.

For me it still doesn’t work in exactly the same way I described it above, it just doesn’t see the game and I linked the exe correctly. Maybe something weird is going on on my side, or maybe it’s because I did a fresh SC2 install and for those who it works didn’t, but some troubleshooting is needed.

Hi, have checked on my end, and everything seems to be working fine.

I have followed this method:

  1. Launch the game.
  2. While in the game, open Task Manager.
  3. Right-click on the open game in Task Manager. Select Open File Location. A folder should open with the correct .exe. Link that file to WeMod. tho there are 2 exe's in this folder, link the (SC2_x64)
  4. After linking your game’s exe, start the game first. Once the game finished loading, switch to WeMod and click Play. You may also see a prompt stating A few mods are being updated… just click confirm and press Play again.

Do you know how to change the permissions of an exe? If you dont, ill take screen shots for you or you can look online.

Ah yes the classic 2 different exes. Sorry, I just always added the same one I always did on reflex since that always worked and I forgot that this game runs in 32 too. What threw me off was the message about some of the mods maybe not working which I still get so I thought that was to do with version differences.

Haven’t actually tested it fully yet but it does list it as “Playing” now, so I think all’s good.

Right on! Glad it’s up and running. :call_me_hand:

hello all Iam a new usergot the game set up but trying to launch a save from continue or mission save says mod date loaded does not match how to fix this please?

Good afternoon everyone,

I have been having issues with StarCraft 2 for quite some time and was hoping an update would come out to fix the issue but to no avail. I’m at a standstill.

It seems that WeMod is not finding the proper source of my path and/or not recognizing it. I have not re-installed SC2 or put it in a diff folder. It reads as a windows source when in fact it’s running off the Blizzard launcher. Didn’t have this issue before and don’t really know how to work around it. tried re-installing SC2 and tried Re-installing WeMod. Any advice would help. Thanks.
