This would likely require editing the game files - which is not something a trainer can do. All trainers can do is inject code into memory addresses in your PC’s RAM to change numerical values in a game.
Sometimes, the error message in the ship builder is necessary to prevent you from corrupting your save file. For example, building a ship with no cargo bay or landing gear because you forgot to add it might make it impossible to exit or land your ship (I’m guessing, never tried it).
