It looks like you may have fixed the instant reserach affecting the ai, however it seems like the instant movement/survey (dont know which one) is still affecting the ai as well
Ais research is still affected. Gets overwhelmed in technology in a sec after its activated hehe.

I’d also like to point out the Research cheat dramatically affects performance. I suspect it’s because every nation starts researching a lot of tech every tick.

I have to apologize. Seems the instant build cheat works for AI too. The instant survey as well, maybe.
