When games get updated, trainers will likely break, which means the tainers will also likely need to be updated, though not always.
This is not the only game supported by WeMod - we have thousands. The trainer developer - a human being who has a life and family outside of WeMod and also needs to eat, sleep and take breaks - will get around to it when they are able to, as long as the game has a high enough active player base amongst all of the members of WeMod.
