Stuck on loading screen. Have tried the following:
-restart PC twice
-kill WeMod from task manager every single time
-reinstall wemod after fully removing it from the system (with restart every time), 3 times
-the entire wemod folder is whitelisted and my AV is fully off anyway
-run wemod as admin every single time including the installer

What operating system do you have? Windows 7, 8 or 10?
And what ISP do you use? Is it your own ISP or does it belong to an institution, like a school, college or university?
It is my own ISP in my own home. And I am using W10.
IT eventually fixed itself, but do not know how. I decided to just leave it like that and after 10 minutes (no joke) it decided to work. I since have used it successfully and closed it and re-opened it with no issues.
Before you ask, yes the internet was working fine all throughout, so it couldn’t have been that.

Thanks for the update. 
Sounds like it was possible that most of your system resources was being eaten up by something else, causing WeMod to fail to connect to the servers. Like an antivirus or Windows update.
(Hint - Enabling “Metered Connection” in your WiFi settings kind of helps prevent this sometimes, but not always).
