Stuck in Loading

The problem WAS that I was stuck in loading, then I uninstalled, deleted WeMod from AppData/Local, as well as that Squirell folder.
Then the problem BECAME that I could not install a new one.
i found the log, but here it says new users cannot upload. Please forgive me for pasting all the pile up here.
Sorry for Chinese characters. I believe they are not supposed to be translated in case of the slight chance of altering the original meaning. Again I am sorry, but some clue had appeared that those Chinese characters are essential to the problem(s).

I followed one of your guide in your community about why the hell I could not install. Tried deleting the Squirel and Wemod folders.

tbh I really think I know what happened but I just dont know what to do to fix.
Basically it’s about that I could not create a new folder under AppData, with the name of WeMod. This occured before every single installation, since it must have a folder in AppData before it could do anything.
Is it possible that you send me the file you’re supposed to keep in AppData, so that I could copy and paste into AppData?
or would you please tell me what to do, thank you.
