Whenever I downloaded horizon, a taskbar on the top of my screen appeared. I’m not sure what it is, it can search the web with google or internet explorer, has a home icon next to it, a back and forward buttons, and three buttons with a facebook icon, music icon, and a youtube icon. I uninstalled horizon but it still won’t go away. Can anyone help me remove it?

You can uninstall that program the same way you would uninstall any other.
