if i use teleport, i sometimes stuck in the air and i have to open a new Lobby. can u fix it?

Judging from some recent posts in the official thread for the GTA V trainer (here: Grand Theft Auto V Cheats and Trainer for Steam), this seems to be a common issue.
It sounds like the game itself disagrees with players teleporting themselves across the map. Because apparently the issue also occurs when attempting to teleport using other non-WeMod mods.
