Like everyone else is saying, the game goes to dark and craps out once you get to the Chapter 3. You cannot save and the game refuses to save. Game is stuck in the third level and goes to dark.

Yes thanks! it says " Cannot save at this time " and just does not allow a save.
It happens exactly where the others were mentioning, in Chapter 3 Aftermath.
I see. Thanks for the info! Have you tried launching the game initially and waiting until you can freely navigate within the game world before opening the mods by clicking PLAY on the WeMod app? If that doesnât work, try launching the game first, and once you are on the main menu, open the mods by clicking PLAY again.

Thanks for letting me know. To confirm, does the issue still occur if the WeMod app is completely closed or if youâre not using it at all?
From what I gather off steam, people were saying it was WeMod app that caused this during mission 3 and corrupted Save Data. I think you have to start the game over which of course no one is doing.
Other trainers like Flings offical updated one seem to not have this issue.
It seems to be a Steam and Xbox version issue.
I see. Try to verify integrity files of the game. Open the Xbox app for Windows. In My Library, select the game title. Select the More options (âŚ) button and choose Manage Select Files and then Verify and repair.

Only thing that works is you must DELETE your entire GAME and CLOUD save and only use unlimited HEALTH and AMMOâŚ
If you use anything else it will corrupt the save. This has been tested by numerous users here and on RedditâŚ

Hi! Weâve received an update from our testing team, and they confirmed that there are no issues saving the game in Chapter 3 while WeMod is active.
If you havenât already, please try adding exclusions for these two folders in your antivirus:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\WeMod and C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\WeMod
We also suggest to re-do the verify integrity files of your game on your xbox app. Thanks!

Hey! While I donât own the game myself, if it has a save slot feature, it might be helpful to create a new save game and try using the trainer with that.

Hands down the worst trainer I have used across all programs. The chapter 3 bug STILL exists. In order to continue playing the game, I have to delete my save and start over. Remove this trainer from Wemod please
