NO and if you play the open beta you get something special ingame at launch, but they dont care about the people that played the Closed alpha and beta so not really special if everybody can get it

Have they said how much content is gonna be in the open beta? I know for a fact that anti cheat is gonna be turned on or implemented.
umm another story mission it says so might get to see another wing or more of the medical

Some places are selling it below 40 USD. Plus abusing currency rates is fun.
i would say play the beta and decide from that instead of another persons opinion as the deciding opinion

Pre load’s available for the people who are going to play on pc.
It’s available on consoles too. I pre-loaded mine yesterday. Ps4 servers are going live Friday.
