Yes I tried to download horizon but every time i try it comes up as a virus am I suppose to download on a certain browser or something?

not really a false positive his av is flagging that garbage they affiliate with. One needs to disable the real-time scanning in the anti-virus and proceed to download horizon but read every step of the installation very carefully and you will be fine.
