damn wanted to go back to skyrim se but it crashes with the mods cant even take a couple steps without it crashing

Stamina keeps resetting to 0/0. Can upgrade it one level to where it will be 10/10 but when restarting the game it will show 0/0. Cant run but super speed walking works.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet or not. With MrAntiFuns trainer, if you have unlimited perks turned on and use it while adding perks, even if you turn it back off when going back to gameplay, if you hit someone your game may crash. I have noticed this so suggest quicksaving when using it to unlock skills and reload it. So far doing this it allows you to use it, crash the game and continue.

Whenever I use the trainer or the regular Wemod, the mods wont work. When I back out and try them again, it will work, but create a screen in screen, which is too small for me to play. Why is this?

I am having the issue of not being able to purchase properties despite have the gold to do so.

Hello @VelatrixBlackwood.

Make sure youā€™ve completed the respective quests to be able to buy homes. For example, to buy a house in Whiterun you need to finish some quests for the people of Whiterun first to gain their ā€œfavourā€.

Otherwise - Unable to buy homes in Skyrim is a long-term bug in the game for all platforms (PC, console, VR, etc) that was never resolved by Bugsthesda. It can also be triggered by mod conflicts such as anything downloaded from NexusMods that affects the in-game economy (merchants, etc). The Unofficial Patch for Skyrim from NexusMods and so on may resolve it, if you do not have that already. If not :point_down:

For regular city houses:

  • Thereā€™s a console command you can use to fix it: setstage HousePurchase 10
    • This auto-completes the buy house quest & gives you the house key for the city that you are currently in when you use the command.
    • This console command can be found in Skyrim wikis, such as at the bottom of this one: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Houses#Bugs.

Look I have done that. I have played Skyrim more than i can count, so I know what i have to do to get to the point, but I have never had the issue where the game only gives me the options to say " I donā€™t want it right now" or ā€œI donā€™t have enough gold for it at this timeā€. Top it all off, I have tried both with the gold mod and without.
