When I start the game, I select the story mode from the main menu. Then the game closes and restarts itself, and it automatically loads the menu where I can continue my current story. I reactivate it before the game starts, but it still doesn’t work. I tried all the steps suggested in the automatic help window one by one, but none of them worked. I assume the problem is caused by the game shutting down and restarting when selecting the mode.

I think those are the mods for wintermute not the base game survival.

the latest version showing up for me is 1/5/26 and it hasn’t had me update. and this version still works fine. weird

Steam Wintermute mod is not working for EP 5. Only Steam mod is working but options are limited.

I accidentally hit the keybind for Give All Gear and now have several items that are unable to be dropped or anything that are just stuck in my inventory, “A Skeleton and Note, Broken Hatch Wheel, Camera, Document Stashes 1-5, Elevator Crank, x2 Handheld Shortwave Radios, and Wyatt’s Skeleton. Maybe a “delete inventory item” command would help, or to remove those items from the gear given. I would love to no longer have these in my inventory if anyone has a fix

Hello! As game starts - previously running WeMod stops due game-screen change. Than - as reloaded once again - Wemod drops off some mods. And does not keep them on, even if to rename exec.button for trainer. At my case: Unlimited Items/Unlimited Stamina/Items Durability… it just plucks them off - no matter, how many times to switch them on …

Please don’t spread wrong infos..

  1. Does not matter Steam or Steam Wintermute MAIN GAME MENU LOADS EVERYTIME, EXITS to load wintermute anyway - so this was basically useless.
  2. There’s NO UPDATES to fix WINTERMUTE options
    No Fatigue

  • Unlimited Weight

  • Unlimited Items

  • Unlimited Stamina

  • Unlimited Durability

  • Easy Crafting

    THIS MOD is just for SURVIVAL and NOT FOR WINTEWRMUTE SINCE 3 YEARS.

You have to run the Wintermute trainer after having selected Wintermute in the game menu. Otherwise does not work. But it does that way.
