so, did a fresh start, works like a charme as long as you keep your fingers away from the infinite items cheat
once activated and continuing that savegame whenever it is messed up
Did a fresh start, no Unlimited Items and still get the 99999 bug. Shame that this trainer doesnât work. Might resort to console commands instead of this.
well guess the unlimited money cheat bugs on items too
had one more 99999 items when i needed money and lazy hit unlimited money
disabled that and went back to a save some minutes before that and since that running fine again
oh but you can replicate the issue turning on unlimited money, unlimited items and/or unlimited durability. and it causes the game to crash when starting a new game (not new plus).
unlimited durabilty works here
so only unlimited items and money have to be avoided
On November 15, 2023, the below announcement was posted on the Witcher 3 Steam Page. Any chance this is why the current WeMod mods are having so much unsolvable trouble? With each new game update, could the devs have purposefully made outside mods obsolete in favor of this upcoming editor?
This trainer causes game crash and freeze. doesnât seem to be any fix as of today, I really hope that it was fixed one day

Is the issue caused by a certain cheat or happens on a certain action in game?.
The game crashes, I canât figure out what specific cheat is causing this, but itâs a fact that the game crashes because of the trainer. Because when I launch the game without a cheat, everything goes smoothly.
Thank you for taking a look back at this trainer, Unfortunately I cannot tell whether it has to do with a certain option, the crash is quite random for me. There seems to be one partial resolve that reduces the crash or freeze rate, that is turning on the cheats after loading a save, when you are already in game wolrd instead of main menu. Turning fewer options on also seems to lengthen the time between starting game and crash. And there is one case that I can easily replicate, while the cheats are enabled, trying to start a new game from the main menu will 100% cause a crash in the middle of that starting anime. But as I saw an update to the trainer, I havenât had the time to test the new version, all I said above is the behaviour of the old version.
i get as far as collecting the griffins head, game freezes up. i have tried starting a save with no trainer running but it still freezes. it will continue to stutter and take an age to continue.
Things seemed ok last week after the latest update, but just now I experienced the same kind of crash incident that would occur before said mod update.
Today I was playing for a few hours with basically all the mods on. Things were going ok. Then, after I made the decision to either go see the emperor or go to Velen with Ciri, the game stayed on the subsequent loading screen for a really long time. The game eventually proceeded, but when I exited the game to test my latest save before advancing any farther, it crashed at the loading screen. Then I tried a few more times with the same result - saves after that emperor/Velen point kept crashing.
I then went back save by save to see if any of them worked - luckily, I only had to go back about 3 saves till I found one that loaded. Now Iâve proceeded past that original point, and Iâm also able to get back into the game with new saves, but I havenât turned the mods back on and all the saves take forever to load (around 4 minutes!). Still not ideal at all.
So Iâm not sure if it happens after a long playing session which creates a huge save file because of the 999 item bug thing, or if it happens after big events in the game with a lot of data that interferes with the mods, but either way, itâs frustrating⌠especially now that Iâm near the end of the game.
The two DLCs are going to be a nightmare to get through if this keeps happening with the mods and Iâm gonna have to keep exiting the game to test saves.
EDIT: Since I posted this, I decided to test the mods again. I reached a point in the game where I had to retrieve something. Turned on the mods, picked up the thing, game instantly froze. Waited, game started up again, but then kept freezing every few seconds, even when I didnât try to pick anything up. So the unlimited items/9999 items bug still seems to be a problem. Note that this didnât happen at all BEFORE the emperor/Velen point mentioned above - I was able to loot and pick up things without a problem with the mods on.
does the cheat âeasy gwentâ work for you guys? When do I turn it off during gwent? When I see for example âmatch lostâ ? Or should I turn it off after the lost round? How does the cheat work?
unlimite player money and item make game freeze. can you add more map for interactive map on wemod?
you must deploy 1 soldier card and pass the turn until u win two round.
