The infinite-health cheat doesn’t work at all. I was initially only able to activate the unlimited-ammo cheat. After reading elsewhere on the Web that the cheats in this trainer can only be activated after moving the character a few steps, I tried this trick and was able to activate all other cheats except the infinite-health cheat.
