Every time I try to run the startup, I get an error pop-up. Here’s the log:

Do you happen to have an anti virus installed? That could definitely be causing the issue. I mis-read your post initially thinking it said “UNinstall”
Yes I do have an anti-virus installed. I’ve tried running the .exe as administrator and allowing / adding permissions to the .exe but nothing seems to work.
Which AV is it? There are a few who are just beyond strict even whilst disabled 
It’s bitdefender. Tried disabling it, didn’t work either
BitDefender is one the ones we’ve had to have people uninstall to use WeMod. It’s beyond strict and aggressive even while “disabled”. If you wish to use WeMod, uninstall BitDefender and reboot then try again. If you don’t want to uninstall BitDefender I completely understand but is the only solution to use WeMod
