Unable to use Xbox One Preview Program

After hearing about the new backwards compatibility feature for the preview members I tried to get on the program, but I am getting the message: “You’ll get a service message on your Xbox one soon with more info.” I’ve also been getting the message on Xbox 360 saying: “Sorry, this program is for xbox 360 preview members only.” even though I’ve signed up for both and have had access for a long time. How do I go about fixing this?

Seems I’m not the only one with this issue. If anyone knows of a fix, it would be greatly appreciated! :cry:

Maybe inviting each other might fix it. Or try removing yourself from the program and having one of us re add you.
