For the past week i would have to do the glitch of un plugging my USB drive and plugging it back in, but now i just sign in and play automatically, so ive been unbanned from gears 3 or the one way i signed in unbanned me permanatly.

No i havnt been banned from xbox live prior to this, i was only banned from gears of war 3 and now unbanned.
