Unknown software exception error

I’m getting the message labeled
“The exception unknown software exception (0xc06d007e)
occurred in the application 0x00007FF4AB3FB4C”

I used the app earlier today and it worked great but it hasn’t worked for the last 30 minutes for me. I have tried reinstalling it but the same message pops up.
Please help

I’ve been having the same issue. Cannot get it to work. Disabled anti-virus and all that jazz.
