What issue are you facing with the trainer? The last update to the game only added a new in-game menu notification that didn’t affect gameplay, according to the patch notes: Nightingale - 0.3.2a Hotfix Changelog - Steam News.

I don’t know what might’ve happened, but there are multiple functions of the trainer that are non functioning.
