Games that have been voted in for trainers should not need additional votes for updates. WeMod should keep existing trainers updated or remove them from the list of games. People like me who pay for pro or diamond do so to support these trainers and it feels like bait and switch when the trainers we use are no longer supported because some arbitrary number of votes have not been reached.

Cheats are updated even if they do not reach the limit. The top voted trainers will take priority though as those are the most popular.
