I’m worried that I might get banned if I use WeMod on Watch_Dogs and Watch_Dogs 2, I want to make sure here that I don’t get banned. (I have the games on Uplay)

You’ll only ever be banned for using trainers in games if you attempt to use them in online game modes. Trainers from anywhere on the Internet are only designed to work in single player / campaign.
98% of game devs don’t care about cheaters in single player, because you’re only “ruining” the incensed experience for yourself and not others. In the extremely rare case a developer does have issues with cheating in single player (ie - Forza Horizon 4), then we will simply cease providing the trainer.
