What did I miss? (need info dump)

So I haven’t used this tool in YEARS, not since the days of ****-talkers on Halo, playing bayonetta, devil may cry 4, fable 3, and many others. Now, I got newer consoles, more games, and my knowledge has only grown; what I HAVE missed out on, was Horizon

I am at a loss as to what changed years ago, what features/mod(s) were removed, what was added, the works
If anyone is willing to provide a info dump to what is what, that would be perfect

That will be the best way. I haven’t used it personally in a really long time as I haven’t owned an Xbox for many years
