When I checked spore a little while ago, it had reached its goal and cheats were in development. Now the switch over to this new system occurs and suddenly its not having cheats developed and needs votes to get cheats. What happened?

Internally, there were other games that had more votes than Spore, but they weren’t shown till now. We will get to Spore, but the games above it are priority. Don’t worry about it reaching its goal because it’s likely we will take exception to games that reached it before the update 
Spore is currently 7th on the list.

This is far better system now because i can easily judge the actual most requested games - the more people requesting it the higher up it will go and that can change continuously because people can still keep voting and there’s no end limit.
