I have the Xperia Z3, I like the design of the phone and the near stock android. I think the thing I dislike most would be the wireless charging.
I had to think about what I disliked for a while I can honestly say there is nothing I hate about the phone itself apart from the lack of wireless charging.

Do you like it?: Yes.
What do you like best about it?: It’s simple, basic, and suits my needs.
What do you hate about it?: It’s a little too big for my taste. I’m used to pulling my phone out of my pocket and using it with a single thumb and hand… I have to use both hands now as my thumb doesn’t quite reach the top of the screen. Not always easy with children.
Lumia 520. Got it for 60$ and love it. WP 8.1 runs smooth and I can easily connect to microsoft services, like skype and outlook. Cortana is also a huge plus
