Where is my refund or help sorting my problem

Since nobody wants to respond to me, I’m posting here…
The software will not install.
it keeps giving me errors.
I reported this & gave my install log for it.
Since I just payed for the membership a few days ago
I feel I deseve a refund…
i’ve been using the software flawlessly for the past 3 months & after the update, It stopped working…
If nobody wants to help me get this working like it should…
Please send my refund… I don’t think its fair I should have to pay for something I can’t use…

If it wont install then something is blocking it. I know you said it worked for 3 months but lotta times with an update antivirus will block it

Has nothing to do with anti virus, Its disabled… I’ve been using computers since 1996…

The install log doesn’t really provide a lot of details. What is happening when you try to install it and do you have any WeMod folders in appdata local and roaming?

From what I could find that has to do with an incompatible version of .net framework. Download 4.7.1 from MS directly and install it.

@frank might have some suggestions. If this is a .net framework error there is nothing we can do about it and you would need to contact MS.

@Alcibiades WeMod must be able to connect to the internet at least once. Does that error pop up every time you run the app (not the installer)?

That error code means a DLL is missing from your computer – one that the app needs to run correctly. I’ll see if the internet has anything to say about it in relation to our updater. In the mean time, make sure Windows has the latest updates installed and try rebooting your computer.

I had to completely Reinstall windows to fix the error, I was absolutely unable to find a way around it…
One of the issues, The Framework was 4.7 was turned off… I wasn’t able to enable it & keep it activated in anyway. My my brother was on my PC a day prior before the issues started. I believe he downloaded a virus… Some virus’s will disable features if it conflicts with its purpose…I’ve seen it done before in the past… I should have picked up on it faster… Sorry of I sounded like an ■■■■■■■… Got personal problems going on, I’m taking it out unintentionally, I did not notice…

at least that fixed your issue I re formatted my hard drive now wemod wont let me log in only after hours of trying and google chrome wont load web pages 99 percent of the time so I think it might have something to do with a windows 10 update

Horrible errors are expected after updates on windows 10, I’ve had 3 updates that ■■■■■■ ■■■■ up my pc so bad I had to reformat…So happy I have a 3 tb SSD for storage only, I use my primary for installing software, Games & other stuff.
