I have seen that there is no option to for paragon/renegade for MELE, and If I try to configure it give me more paragon/renegade it just screws up the game.

Please do not abbreviate games. Only yourself and incredibly die-hard fans will know what you’re talking about. Especially since multiple games share the same abbreviations these days.
