[XAML][WPF] Is there an easier way to write this?

I’m relativley new to WPF and XAML so I was wondering if there was an easier way to write this? It’s not that it’s hard, but more so ugly so I suppose “cleaner” is the right word to use.

<Image.Style>
    <Style TargetType="Image">
        <Style.Triggers>
            <Trigger Property="IsMouseOver" Value="True">
                <Setter Property="Effect">
                    <Setter.Value>
                        <BlurEffect Radius="0"/>
                    </Setter.Value>
                </Setter>
            </Trigger>
            <Trigger Property="IsMouseOver" Value="False">
                <Setter Property="Effect">
                    <Setter.Value>
                        <BlurEffect Radius="3"/>
                    </Setter.Value>
                </Setter>
            </Trigger>
        </Style.Triggers>
    </Style>
</Image.Style>
