Xbox 360 Slim Flashing after i turn it off?

When i turn my xbox 360 slim off the green button flashes a few times before turning off i dont know what this actually is ? im uploading a video to youtube in a minute about this

IT FLASHES 3 TIMES THEN TURNS OFF

happens to me too, i think it happens when you are downloading something on the xbox

I guess its just powering off, you may have the download thing on.

You have to disable cloud saves and turn off background downloads

This is kinda like something that happens to me… Instead of flashing my fan will run about 35mins or so before it actually powers off.
Which i don’t mind it… But it will make the disc inside the system continuely making the disc inside to spin.

do you happen to turn the xbox off via the controller if so sometimes it takes extra few min to turn off completely No harm to the xbox at all

A flashing green light means the console is processing functions, and a solid green light in one of four quadrants indicates that a controller is attached (top left for position one, top right for two, bottom left for three and bottom right for four).

If you have a play and charge kit sometimes it keeps flashing for a bit.
If there is a download going on your Xbox it will keep flashing if you have background download enabled.

Also my mates always did it for some reason even if none of the above was going on, it could mean something or it could mean nothing who knows.
