Not a chance. Once banned it is synced to Xbox Live and its no way trying to fix it if not someone from M$ do it.

someone managed to hack into my account there began to appear numerous purchases on my account without being with my card called ma microsoft and said that had settled there took 15 days suspension and yesterday was banned until 31/12/9999
I was sad that I lost all my DLCs to my signature live my EACCES GameScore saves my online gta who already had a lot of money over doing what is now only regret
If you was hacked you could try talking a little bit more with M$ and see if you come anywhere with it.
Idk if it is worth the try tho.

already talked to them already passed the protocol number that they themselves gave me more they say that is not of their industry more who can not do anything
Sounds like M$, sorry for your loss.
That’s a bummer man. Make sure to take extra precautions with your account and not to share the account with anyone. A lot of people like to do license transfers but I feel it’s too risky, even with friends. You never really know with people. I’ve had my xbox live account for 12 years and have never had any issues because I take my security seriously. Also try to set up some kind of two-step password for any new accounts. GL
