I have a question about game sharing on the Xbox One. If we own 3 consoles(mine, my brothers, my dads), but only one digital game, can we then allow each console and not just 2 play the game? Can each console(3) play the same game when only one of us owns it?
No, you would need to licence transfer the game to the Consoles.
(I believe you can only do it once a month or something)
From what i remember i was told that you can license transfer on xbox one. You have be signed into that account with the game on whatever xbox, then use the “Make this my xbox home” Option & then download whatever from that account. The only thing i was told that you could only do that three times a year.

Impossible for 3 consoles to play the same game unless you have more than 1 copy because
Console 1 shares game to Console 2 - Console 1 and 2 can now play the game
Console 1 then shares the game to Console 3 - Console 2 loses ability to play the game, Console 1 and Console 3 can now play the game
