My Xbox one tenure is not showing on my profile how do I fix this issue? I modified my tenure on my profile its shows on xbox 360 but not xbox one can you help me out with this.

Just an FYI, modding your tenure is almost a certain ban. I can’t comment and why it hasn’t move over to the X1, MS might have changed things.
I modified my tenure because it orignaly 10 but due to system error account got reset fully everything I contacted support and they couldent do anything about it since it was system error and could not restore it because of company policy with history on account was no longer there and did not show evidince of prevous payments.
