XexMenu dont work in my RGH

Hi guys.
I have a RGH and recently updated to 17349 with the info in this tutorial ( http://geekbone.blogspot.com/2013/04/tutorial-how-to-update-xbox360-to-latest-dashboard.html ) but i “forgot” to “DashLaunch Patches and select Include Launch.ini”.
Ok, update made.
Then, to run xexmenu i tryed to use horizon (last version) and done all steps till 14 in this tut ( http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/my-rgh-is-on-a-loop.1345067/ ).
Xexmenu dont show in demo menu, or any other.

Does anyone have any idea to put xexmenu working??

Just reflash but include the dash launch patches etc.

I cant reflash because i cannot enter xexmenu, fs3, or anyother.
How can i make the reflash? (sorry noob in x360)

Reflash your nand and include dashlaunch patch ect… Place on usb and boot to Xell
