Xur is at the tower, and he sells exotics. (But you can only buy them with strange coins) So save up on them strange coins people.
Yes, I saw him in game and I was like wtf this guy is never here. He sells some good stuff, it was like 7 days before his items refresh though.
He has exotics, 12 coins i think for the least amount.
He’s only available for a few days though, then he disappears till next friday. I guess they made it so that his items refresh every time he comes.

I have 12 strange coins. So close, yet so far
he turns up on weekends only starting on friday, the cheapest he sells is suppost to be 7 strange coins and his stuff is random but will only change every 7 days and they will likely be very powerful (could sell Legendary items from info i have seen but will more likely be Exotic’s for weapons and armour) he will also sell certain things for motes of light aswell.
I wonder what he wants with those “strange” coins…?

I just bought the exotic helmet off the Xur person, looks awesome, but you can only wear 1 exotic armour piece and 1 weapon at a time.
You can only have one exotic weapon, you can have full set of exotic armor. There’s an achievement for that.
How are you guys getting the strange coins so quickly?
No there is not. You can only wear 1 exotic weapon and armour piece at the same time. The achievement is ‘Have all armor and weapon slots equipped with legendary or exotic gear’
I got mine from doing patrol missions and doing the random events also from the engram items.
Damn, I was doing patrol missions for a while and only got one public event. Is there something you would recommend doing to see more events?
I’m not sure sorry, I was just doing bounties and the missions at the same time and got a few random events and after that I farmed helium things. Just find something you can do in the patrol area for a long time (farming) and you will get some randoms, try get gold for them all too.

Surely that means have exotic gauntlets, chest plate, helmet and leg armour and then primary, secondary and special weapon slots? Which would require more than one exotic.
Plus why would they limit you to one exotic? If you worked hard to get what is required you deserve more than one weapon and armour
