YouTube Channel Art disappeared/not displaying

Anyone know why my channel art on YouTube has all of a sudden just stopped working? I have changed absolutely nothing, I just signed in and then all I get now is small blue box with a question mark inside it.

Try saving it as a JPEG in High Quality.

Save for web ----> set preset to png-24 ----> enjoy
this is the highest quality and smallest file size you can probably get out of photoshop
