Wieseo werden für GOG Spiele so wenige Mods angeboten beziehungsweise, Wieso wird die GOG Plattform sooo dermaßen benachteiligt behanmdelt?
Bei Spiel suchen gibt es immer eine Steam Mod Version, aber leider nur in Ausnahmefällen Mods für GOG, das ist äußerst bedauerlich, da ich lieber bei GOG die Spiele Kaufe.
Why are so few mods offered for GOG games, or rather, why is the GOG platform treated at such a disadvantage?
When searching for a game, there is always a Steam mod version, but unfortunately only in exceptional cases mods for GOG, which is extremely unfortunate, as I prefer to buy the games on GOG.

How It Works
Trainers are made or updated based on the game’s current popularity amongst WeMod as a whole:
- How many people at WeMod own the game per platform.
- How many people at WeMod are following the game on WeMod.
This is a democratic system that ensures WeMod is spending its limited resources on the games people want the most.
If a trainer exists for a Steam version of a game, but not for the same game on GOG, it simply means not enough people at WeMod are interested in the GOG version for a trainer to be economically viable.
Showing Your Interest
To help show your interest in having a trainer for a particular game:
- Search for the game in the WeMod desktop software.
- Click the “Notify Me” button on the game’s page.
