at the past never dies..im kiling eneimies everywhere here and they keep reving or multiplying..all i can do is keep killing em all but nothing else happens..wth am i doin wrong lol

In that level, you need to gather $100,000 (maybe slightly more if on a higher difficulty) to pay an entrance fee. Anybody you kill will likely keep reviving until you complete this mission objective. Otherwise, you’d just be wandering around an infinite, linear map forever. It is likely a deliberate game design.
There are things to do around the map to earn money, such as pit fights.

For the mission in desert to protect Greenway after car goes upside down, you need to disable no reload and inifinite ammo. Bond needs to get other weapons from Greenway and when all ammo is finished it will show a cutscene and game will continue.
