Can you please add adjustable health and energy? like instead of infinite health/energy you can add 100000 etc

Would be great if we could spawn energy orbs. I.e drop 20 pulsar orbs down to then pickup

and/or the ability to set our energy levels (Arcane, Strength, Fury, etc)
