Yeah, it just endless loops “Loading Mods” and doesn’t actually stop.
Edit: Got it working. Had to start the game then start the trainer.
Couple things to add. Cheat Evolution trainer I was using before this had a Unlimited Flashlight Power and Duration option. So you don’t actually run out of battery energy.
The Unlimited Ammo only applies to the pistol. Shotgun, crossbow, flare gun ammo all reduces upon use.

That causes problems on “boss” fights. So I ended up not adding it to avoid complaints about people getting stuck and needing to replay areas.

there’s a comment made above that says “The Unlimited Ammo only applies to the pistol. Shotgun, crossbow, flare gun ammo all reduces upon use” , Could you please check that so that we get unlimited on items other than pistol.
