Flares are unaffected by unlimited ammo. Otherwise, working as advertised! Thank you! (edit: was wrong about flare guns)

Trainer works perfect in the main game, but when playing the DLC episode Signal the health cheat is not working.

Unlimited Health, Stamina and One Hit Kills no longer work.
Only flashlight, ammo, no reload and set game speed work.

Unlimited Health still not functional in the Signal episode. Works fine in main Alan Wake game
