Is there a cheat to start off at max level at start of game? like an Exp cheat or something

this would of been awesome to have and play but steam no longer offers it.
With the new release on GOG are we gonna see a GOG version? Because some people were unable to get a Steam copy.

The trainer says GOG compatible but says no mods available when I download it. Is it GOG compatible or am I doing something wrong.
