Does this work for Anno 1404 Venice because I tried to play it but it doesn’t work. Please fix it I would be very thankfull. Btw I tryed on gog.

This trainer doesn’t seem to work with the Venice add-on of the game. It works fine with the standard version, ‘anno4.exe’

I added ‘addon.exe’ which is the executable for the Venice add-on included with the gold release as a custom installation and the trainer was unable to load.

Given that this is the “Gold Edition” trainer and the Venice add-on comes with the Gold Edition, can this trainer be fixed to include it or will there be a separate trainer for the Venice add-on?

For information, this is the Steam version of the game.

This is likely to be the issue for you. This trainer, as the name of it suggests, was designed exclusively for the GOG version. Games from different stores usually have small differences in their coding which will require a separate trainer to be made.

The Steam version is region-locked to being only available in a small number of European countries. This means:

  • Voting for a Steam version of the trainer would be incredibly slow as the Steam player-base is very limited
  • Since WeMod is US-based, it might not be possible for us to acquire a copy of the game from Steam in order to create a trainer for it.

However, I’ll enquire with a senior member of Team WeMod. But no promises - as said it might be impossible for us to get a copy of the Steam game due to the region lock.

Would be nice if we get one for the Anno History Edition.

cant seems to work with gold edition gog version.
wemod cant find the game even after dragging down the executable.
tried running with gog galaxy on and off, still cant find the game

edit: finally managed the game to work by launching the game with galaxy first before pushing the play wioth wemod

The same problem with the Uplay version of Anno 1404 Venice.
Would be nice if that could be updated
