Are there any cheats or trainers for this game?

There isn’t a trainer for this game at the moment, as you can see here: Fear Therapy Cheats and Trainers for PC - WeMod. You can search on WeMod - Browse All Supported Games for trainers, or inside the WeMod software itself.

The trouble with this game is that it is Early Access, which means the game will likely get updates excessively, in that case it means a trainer would constantly be breaking and needing updates, which isn’t really an economical use of WeMod’s time and funds.
